Course Description:

This 4 hour clinic is all range time working with your tactical rifle for a realistic urban environment. We will cover sight adjustment, calculating offset, safety administration, moving and shooting, team tactics and communication. Optics and slings recommended but not required.

A Review of Rifle Safety
This clinic covers the proper use of the safety, muzzle control and trigger finger disciple for all guns. All rifles and braced pistols are welcome in this clinic.
We will cover proper stances for rifles, reloading and malfunction clearing and optional transition to handgun. Students should bring at least 2 rifle magazines. Students are not required to bring a handgun/holster, but it is recommended.

Setting the zero for your residential AR
Students will be emailed a target to set the zero prior to class. This target is shot at 5 yards and can be used to zero your rifle sight/optic for a 50 yard zero. You are not required to have a 50 yard zero. But you will be shooting as close as 15 feet, so you should know your offset to take a precision shot.

Scenarios/Drills
We will be moving and engaging targets, transitioning to handgun, engaging reactive targets, using target identification, shooting under diverse lighting and doing team drills. This is a dynamic and fun class for you to use your rifle. New and experience shooters enjoy and learn in this clinic.
