Course Description:

This 2 1/2-hour non-shooting class covers laws about buying, carrying and transporting firearms in New England and other states, a citizen's rights to lawful self-defense, when and what level of force is appropriate, the legal system and how it could affect you, what a prosecutor might consider when reviewing a case against you, civil cases that may be filed and examining several criminal cases involving self-defense.

As a lawful and responsible firearm owner, one should know and understand the laws in this and other states you may travel. The legal system can be unsympathetic to gunowners who make mistakes. Protect your freedom by arming yourself with this important knowledge.

This class is to expand your understanding of the legal system and how it may be applied to you. There are many great attorneys in NH & MA who can provide legal advice should you ever be in need of professional legal help. Laws pertaining to firearms and self-defense can change, staying educated is in your best interest.
